               Recent police arrests of Magnolia Arkansas


           The Magnolia Police Department has provided details about several recent arrests.

    Magnolia Reporter releases recent arrests of Columbia County Parish. These arrests arranged from murder, rape, misdemeanor, drug charges, and domestic violence. On September 1, Regina Johnson, 24, of Texas was arrested for simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance. Johnson’s first court appearance was on September 3 and she was placed on a $100,000 bond.

  On August 30, Jeffery Thornton, 49, of Waldo was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, no turn signal, and no seat belt. Thornton’s first court appearance was on August 31 with a $25,000 bond set. On August 26, Raleigh Beasley, 36, of El Dorado was arrested for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of Schedule IV Controlled substance, and careless and prohibited driving. Beasley’s first court appearance was on August 24 with a $2,500 bond. 
  On August 24, John Smith, 49, of Magnolia was arrested for domestic battering 2nd degree. Smith’s first court appearance was on August 26 with a $7,500 bond set. On August 25, Mark Hampton, 35, of Magnolia was arrested for residential burglary and theft of property less than $1,000. Hampton’s first court appearance was on August 26 with a $50,000 bond set.
  On August 23, Eddie McBride, 47, of Magnolia was arrested for delivery of methamphetamine, aggravated cruelty to animals, and possession of firearm by certain person (felon). McBride’s first court appearance was on August 23 with a $150,000 bond set.
